The outstanding traditional dishes of the Campo de Montiel region in this little restaurant of the Hotel Albamanjon ; pickles and game stews prepared in the most traditional way, marinades in earthenware jars which preserve the traditional flavours, roasted pepper salads and quixotic scrambled eggs, selected milk fed lamb prepared in a stew, in honey or roasted, goat cutlets with vegetable stuffing, cod par excellence or the appealing sirloin steak prepared to your taste... To sweeten such succulent delicacies, a delicious homemade dessert accompanied by a dessert wine. The wine cellar offers the diner signature wines of the Sierra de Alcaraz, whose vineyards which are in flat areas, are at more than a thousand metres altitude, which lend them some special characteristics. Wines originating from the La Mancha and Valdepeñas denominations as well as other areas of the national territory are characteristic of the establishment. |
